What is PVC?
Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), also known as vinyl or plastic, represents a wide range of materials. PVC is extremely versatile with material being available in flexible, semi-rigid, and rigid forms.
What is the difference between single extrusion and dual extrusion?
Single extrusion is the process of producing an extruded part utilizing a single material. Dual extrusion is the process of producing a single part using two forms of material, such as a rigid PVC base with a flexible PVC leg.
What if my design requires a bend?
Producing a product with a bend can be done through a heating and bending processes.
Can FCE provide solutions to help me achieve cost effective end product?
Yes. Our team will work with you to ensure a cost effective product that will meet your needs.
What size ranges can FCE extrude?
FCE is capable of producing a custom tube extrusion to a maximum size of five inches, and a custom profile extrusion to a maximum of eight inches. We do not have a minimum size extrusion requirement. We have a minimum extrusion run requirements that are based on the part design.
